SKD Early Childhood Education Bilingual Institute of Training (SKD ECE BIT) was founded with a mission to develop a new generation of skilled, inclusive and compassionate Early Childhood Assistants (ECAs). Backed by SKD’s long-standing leadership in child care and community programming, SKD ECE BIT is committed to providing high-quality, accessible and bilingual (English/French) workforce training tailored to the real-world needs of Ontario’s early years sector.
UpSkill facilitates leadership training, coaching and round tables that blend strategy and skill development with inclusivity. This three-pronged approach reinforces and contextualizes learning for leaders, and helps them make decisions and take actions to enhance productivity and foster positive employee experiences.
We had the pleasure of designing and developing a website for SKD Ecebit, a training institution dedicated to preparing individuals for rewarding careers in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Our goal was to create a platform that’s both informative and functional, helping prospective students easily explore courses and enroll in programs.
The site features a clean, user-friendly design with detailed program information and a seamless interface for browsing training options. A major highlight is the integrated Learning Management System (LMS), which allows students to access coursework, submit assignments, and stay connected with instructors—making it a fully interactive and convenient learning environment.
